Orders, shipping and refunds

Renovexus is free for homeowners. Businesses can buy optional award products and Featured placement. Buying anything never changes a score, rank, award or license check.

What we sell

Award products for businesses named Renovexus Top Rated 2026: a digital Award Kit ($99), wall plaques, crystal awards, window clings, truck door magnets and award press releases. Businesses with a matched license record can order the License Verified kit ($49). All prices: award kits and plaques.
Featured placement: a labeled ad slot on a town and category page, billed monthly. Prices: for showrooms and contractors.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number. Your card statement shows RENOVEXUS.

Delivery

Digital products (Award Kit, License Verified kit) are emailed within 1 business day, after we check the order against the published winners and license records.
Physical products are made to order for your business. We email a proof first, then ship to the US address you gave at checkout; shipping is included. Plaques ship in about 7 business days and crystal awards in about 10 business days after you approve the proof. We ship within the United States only.
Award press releases are written from your facts and your own named quote, and sent out only after you approve the text.

Refunds

Full refund on request before we make a physical item (until you approve the proof), before a digital order's files are emailed, or before a press release is sent out.
Full refund if your business does not qualify for the award or badge on the order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the proof you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full.
Because each item is personalized, we cannot take back a correct item after it is made, unless the law requires it.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Featured placement: month to month

No contract and no setup fee. Cancel any time by email to [email protected]: you are not charged again, and your placement stays up until the end of the month you paid for. The founding rate, where offered, keeps its price for the 12 months stated on the for-pros page.
