Who operates Renovexus
Renovexus (renovexus.com) is owned and operated by UPMAX Inc. (upmaxnow.com). “We” and “us” in these terms mean UPMAX Inc.. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What a listing is
- Listings are built from public sources: each business's Google profile, its own website and state licensing lookups. Ratings are shown as Google reports them.
- A license badge means one check passed on the date shown. Status can change after that date, so confirm it on the state lookup before you sign a contract (how we verify).
- A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of work, prices or outcomes. Any contract is between you and the business; we are not a party to it.
Paid placement and our connections
- Text and photos marked “from the owner” are added by the business after it confirms its email. The business confirms the photos show its own work and that it may publish them; we remove owner content on request or if it is misleading.
- Businesses can pay for a “Featured” spot. Featured listings are always labeled and do not change anyone's score.
- UPMAX Inc. provides marketing services to some of the businesses listed here. They are ranked by the same public score as everyone else.
Requests
When you send a request, it goes to the one business you chose, or, when you ask us to match you, to one business that serves your town. A business that pays us for placement and serves your town is offered a matched request first. The form names the business before you send, and anyone else you tick for extra quotes; nobody else gets your request. How we handle your details is in the privacy policy. Please send only true information and only for a project you are considering.
For businesses
A listed business can claim its profile to correct details, or ask for a correction or removal at [email protected]. We may confirm that you represent the business before making changes. Badges and scores follow the published method and cannot be bought.
Using the site
Don't misuse the forms, submit requests on someone else's behalf without permission, or copy the directory in bulk by automated means. The site design, text and score are ours; business names, logos and photos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the business.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from the listings or for work done by a listed business.
